ΣΤΟΑ · THE RECORDS HOUSE
Every document, under one roof.
Stoa is your organization’s records house: storage with immutable versioning, search in Greek and English, and an AI assistant that answers with citations you can verify — while every person sees only what they have permission to see.
Browse
Folders and files, exactly as your organization arranged them. Every document keeps every version — nothing is ever overwritten.
Search
Find passages by meaning or exact wording, in Greek or English — accents or not. Results link to the exact page.
Ask
Ask a question in plain language. The assistant reads your documents and answers with citations you can check in one click.
Built like a records house
The properties below are how Stoa is constructed, not settings that can drift: they hold for every workspace, every document, every query.
Immutable versions
Documents are write-once. A new upload is a new version; the record of what existed, and when, cannot be quietly changed.
Permissions everywhere
Browsing, search results, and AI answers all pass through the same permission rule, evaluated as the person asking. The assistant has no privileged access of its own.
Answers you can check
Every claim the assistant makes cites the exact version, page, and lines it came from — one click opens the spot.
v3 · σ.2 · ll.118–204Fully audited
Every access and every AI tool call lands in an append-only audit log. What happened is always answerable.
Greek and English, natively
Hybrid semantic and full-text search built for Greek from the start — accented and unaccented forms match alike.
European data residency
Documents are stored and indexed on EU infrastructure, and search embeddings are computed locally — document text stays where you put it.
Ready when you are.
Sign-in uses your organization’s Microsoft or Google account, or a single-use link to your work email. Stoa never asks for a password.
